Dance fitness incorporates Jazz, Hip Hop, and Ballet all while dancing to today’s hits (think 97.9). The 60-minute class includes songs that encompass full body movements as well as songs aimed to target legs, arms and abdominals. All ages and abilities welcome.

About SHINE!

SHiNE™ is a dance fitness class rooted in traditional dance such as JAZZ, HiP HOP, and BALLET.  We take those foundational moves and create dance routines that are easy enough for beginners yet challenging enough for the more seasoned dancer.

Simple

The simplicity of the routines allows you keep moving and do less thinking. 🙂 Because we like to keep you moving the average calories burned during a full class is approximately 750! Not bad for a workout that feels more like a dance party with your girlfriends.

Choreographed

The choreography encourages your muscles to elongate and your body to flow.  We purposefully created routines that make women feel pretty, strong, sexy, happy, and confident.
